There is no CCSoft+ account to delete

CCSoft+ Analytics does not create an account of its own. You sign in with your existing Instagram account, and the app reads your follower data directly from Instagram on your device.

So there is no registration to close and no profile on our servers to erase — we do not run a server that holds your data. What exists instead is:

Delete your data yourself

  1. Log out. Open the app, tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen, choose Log Out and confirm.
This deletes, for the account you were signed in as: your follower and following lists, your follower history and totals, your posts along with their likers and commenters, your saved statistics, any competitors you were tracking, and your stored profile. It also clears Instagram's session cookies and the app's web view cache.
  2. Uninstall the app. Android: long press the icon › Uninstall. iOS: long press the icon › Remove App › Delete App.
This deletes the entire local database and every remaining preference the app wrote.
  3. Optional: email us about diagnostic data. If you also want the analytics and crash data associated with your use deleted, or want written confirmation, write to us.

Steps 1 and 2 take effect immediately and cannot be undone. Because the data is only ever stored on your device, once it is gone there is no copy anywhere for us to restore.

Request deletion by email

To have the diagnostic and analytics data associated with your use deleted, or to get written confirmation, email us with the subject line Data Deletion Request:

We respond within 30 days. We use anything you send only to locate and delete the data, and we delete your message afterwards.

We will never ask you for your Instagram password, and you should never send it to us or to anyone claiming to represent CCSoft.
